It’s hard to believe the summer is about over. I have a PACE class starting on Monday night for the next 5 Monday nights and then the following week is the first week of regular fall classes. My schedule is about the same this year as it has been for a while now… just one class on MWF mornings, and three in a row on Tuesday/Thursday mornings. I probably will end up teaching a Monday night class this semester as well.
Last summer (2006) the Computer Information Systems department was merged with the Business Administration department, and it was a pretty smooth transition. We were able to get a Management Information Systems major into the new catalog and also to bring back a former teacher in the department for this fall to help meet the requirements of the new major.
I guess that’s it for now…
