TV Shows

-House- is out of re runs for a while and I’m glad.

I like that show. I like that character.

I didn’t really pay attention to Hugh Laurie in the Stuart Little- movie. This was probably because I didn’t care for the Stuart Little- movie. I’m not the greatest fan of animals that talk and when they interact with humans, I’m even more turned off.

Then suddenly, there’s Mr. Little playing a cranky doctor who walks with a limp and is hooked on painkillers and I’m intrigued.

I tend to like cranky people on TV shows. I liked Cordelia and Anya better than I did Buffy and Spike better than I did Angel. There are times I swear that I’m the embodiment of Lucy, Charlie Brown’s neighborhood nemesis.

And now I have a new cranky person to cheer on. He’s rude. He’s rebellious. He’s a little scary. If he were my doctor in any kind of real life situation, I would be freaked out big time.

But he’s not.

He’s on TV. And I like him.
